Order Policy – We are currently taking orders via the website and will charge sales tax to those purchases that will be delivered to a Texas address. At this time we only take Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.. Your information will not be sold or used for any reason other than to process an order. If you would like to be on a mailing list to receive an email on new purchases, you will need to indicate such in your purchase information. Shipping policy – We will ship mainly USPS and will charge a base rate for all shipping. One item will be the base rate and all additional items will be charge an additional fee based on weight. We currently are only ship to the USA and Canada. Shipping will be calculated as a flat rate and will be less per items as more items are purchased on an order. If you would like overnight mailing please contact us with an email at Brenda@cactusKays.com. Return Policy – We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item because of a defect, we will happily do so and will pay for the return postage. Any other returns, we will need notification within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods. When the product is returned we ask that it be in the original condition with the tags still attached to the garment, as we will be happy to exchange it for any other item in the store or a store credit. We ask that the return be mailed in the original carton.
